Notes to Her

Note 39: A Note to the Woman You’re Becoming

Listen Later

As my birthday approaches, I always take time to reflect. Not just on what I’ve accomplished, but on who I’ve become and who I’m still becoming.

In this episode of Notes to Her: The Daily Pep Talk, I’m sharing the lessons that shaped me over 45 years of living, growing, healing, and choosing myself again and again. This note is about evolution, self-trust, and giving yourself permission to grow into the woman you envision without guilt or apology.

If you’re standing at the edge of a new season, questioning what needs to stay behind so you can move forward, this conversation is for you.

Inside this note, we talk about:

• Why outgrowing old versions of yourself can feel scary but necessary

• How confidence is built by doing things scared and keeping promises to yourself

• Why potential is no longer enough at this stage of life

• How trusting yourself saves time, energy, and heartbreak

• Why grace is essential when life doesn’t go as planned

Before the year ends, this note is your reminder that who you were got you here, but who you’re becoming deserves room to grow.

🎧 Listen, reflect, and share this with a woman who’s stepping into her next chapter.
