Hi, call me Lou. I am chaotic, enthusiastic, curious about life, and try to take every opportunity that comes my way. In this podcast, I will talk about my failures, accomplishments, and the overall lessons that I learned so I can give you an extra step towards your goals in life. I am a certified personal trainer health junky and media student, but there are so many more things that make me ME. I want to show you that you don't have to put yourself in a box. All you have to do is follow your intuition/feelings/heart/whatever and STAY F*CKING ALIVE.
