Should the church respond to racism and injustice? What should that response be if there should be one? In this episode I share the recording of the Zoom Presentation I shared with an audience of mostly youth from Jamaica, USA, US Virgin Islands and Kenya.  I propose three responses: 

Fathers are intended to be the closest earthly model of what God is like. The word Father is the word most often used to refer to God in the New Testament.  What then shall we say of the many men who are failing at fathering? In commemoration of Father's Day 2020 I bring you a message I delivered in Kingston Jamaica in 2019 as part of a series on 'The Lord's Prayer' 

"Justice delayed is justice denied" A popular statement.  Is it true? Does it also apply to God? It seems like God takes forever to intervene in cases of injustice. In this Episode we grapple with that question.  Using the book of Obadiah I argue that with God justice may seem delayed but it is not denied. Injustice has an expiry date.

On that that fateful day George Floyd would have had no idea that his name would usurp the headlines from Coronavirus. As cities burn in protest over yet another unjustifiable killing of one human by the other we echo the call for us to speak up for the voiceless. Do you care?
