Natalie Lamberton, FACHE is currently CEO of Denver Springs. She has spent her career as a CEO and COO in rural, urban, and suburban hospitals in acute and post-acute care. She received an ACHE Distinguished Service Award in 2013 and an ACHE Regent Early Careerist Award in 2009. She was honored by Legacy Miami as one of “South Florida’s Most Powerful and Influential Black Professionals in Business and Industry” in 2016. Ms. Lamberton is passionate about equipping the next generation of leaders with the tools for success. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
