for this week's catch up, we are so excited about the ts12 album dropping!!! kaya climbed mount etna but wasn't wearing her ugly blue coat and nayisha is filled with anxiety watching people open their results. we also talk about how we spend our rakshabandhan money so fast. we really could talk about anything for ages - thank god we have a podcast.

this week we are yapping about some of the prompts on hinge that we are tired of seeing but also prompts that are refreshing to see! our personal worst one is: unusual skills - lying about my zodiac sign so you think we’re compatible. the bar is in hell, so just let us complain these awful hinge prompts for 40 minutes. what's your fave/most awful hinge prompt you've seen?

there’s salt in the air and the door have started to rust - it’s AUGUST! gosh time has flown by and we’ve had such an incredibly busy july and not had 5 seconds to relax. in july - we realised that we’ve seen a lot of our friends this month and filled us up with so much joy. nayisha complains about the pollution in london and incompetent men that waste her time and kaya scrolls through her camera roll because she cant remember anything that’s happened this month without photographic evidence.

this week we are having a chat about the feeling of guilt. we feel guilty when we don't get to take your families to experiences that we have as well as genuinely using the healthcare system in the uk when we know we don't particularly need it. we also discuss feeling guilty when we see other people being bullied by their appearance as well as when men we don't like, like us on hinge. guilt is such a funny feeling and we never take for granted the fact that we are privileged enough to feel guilty, as well as understanding that we have worked hard for these things so we can enjoy them.

this week we are having a big life catch up!!!! we discuss all things wimbledon and how the strawberries and cream don't live up to the hype. we also talk about how the way we have grown up has really affected our relationship with money and GUYS we need to be living life because it could be over at any moment!!!

this week, we're talking about the things that we live by. from wearing spf to being a good listener, we discuss how important it is to have some mottos that you keep to make life a little bit easier. we also have a chat about how your mum always knows that friend is gonna backstab you, and that your ex is a loser as well as how we should always be talking about people as if they can hear us. always remember, take the chance or lose the opportunity.

it has been a busy week in our lives. from going into the office more and learning how to lift weights, it has been busy but calm. we discussed the new pope, cannes film festival and some of our favourite k dramas.
