More, more, more! Many think happiness is just around the corner: one more acquisition, one more book, one more achievement, or reach one more goal.
We constantly seek what's next. Perhaps nothing is missing, and peace is already here, right now, instead of somewhere off in the future.

Most stress comes from one belief:
“Something is missing.” More success. More recognition. More certainty. More control. But what if — in this exact moment — nothing is missing? You are breathing. Your heart is beating. This moment is alive.
Spiritual growth is not about becoming extraordinary. It is recognizing the ordinary as sacred. When you wash dishes, just wash dishes. When you listen, just listen. When you walk, just walk.
The mind always wants to be somewhere else, but the spirit lives right here. Instead of asking, “What do I need next?” Ask, “What is here now?”
Nothing is missing. Peace begins when you stop searching and start noticing.
