After an insane amount of technical difficulties, Sam and Jason finally finished Episode 21. In this episode, the guys quickly recap the NFL and week 7, then talk about perhaps the biggest thing beginning in the sports world this week ... the NBA. In their discussion about the NBA, they touch on the Sacramento Kings and the contract issues that arose with the signing of Buddy Hield and also the expectations for the season. And lastly, to switch things up, Sam and Jason discuss the final Star Wars Trailer and do a review of the movie Joker.

Episode 20 brings some fiery debate from both Sam and Jason. After recapping week 6 of the NFL season, Sam and Jason make their picks for week 7 and then introduce a new segment called “The Thunder-Dome.” Rules are simple - argue. And you do not have to agree with your own argument. Playing “Devil’s Advocate” in the argument is allowed. This week, the segment revolves around whose power rankings of the top 5 nfl teams is more accurate, Sam or Jason’s. Then Sam closes the show with a “Listen Up” about his team the 49ers.

Episode 19 of Nothing To Say: The Fan’s Podcast features ... a little bit of everything. This episode isn’t strictly revolved around sports as Sam and Jason discuss what club sports are like at major colleges, Jason tells a recent college story, as well as his favorite Marine story in honor of his two year anniversary of being in the Marines. The guys also briefly touch on the NFL, MLB, then power rank the NBA for the upcoming season.

Last episode Keegan Ness came on to the show and was an absolutely fantastic interview, and this week guest Charles Munns does exactly the same thing. Charles (Charlie) is a college baseball pitcher over out in Kansas at McPherson College and talks with Sam and Jason about his recruiting process, his time at Butte college, and why he decided to transfer to McPherson College. The guys also talk about the dominating 49ers and Raiders performances and make their picks for week 6 with Charlie as a guest picker.

Episode 17 of Nothing To Say: The Fan’s Podcast is PACKED full of content. Current Division 1 soccer player at Penn State, Keegan Ness, joins the show to talk about how he got recruited out of Roseville, what it was like playing for Oregon State his freshman year of college, the process of transferring to Penn State after his freshman year, and Keegan’s overall career in general. Sam, Jason, and Keegan also discuss the newly passed “California Fair Pay To Play Act” and what it means for college athletes going forward. And lastly, the three of them touch on the new 252 million dollar Sac Republic Stadium being built in Sacramento and what it will do for soccer in Sacramento.

Episode 16 of Nothing To Say: The Fan’s Podcast starts off with a recap of Sam and Jason’s week and how they completely forgot to record a show last Friday night (our bad). Then swiftly moves into some big story lines coming out of week 4 of the NFL season such as the Raiders stealing a game in Indy, do we know who the Bucs are as a football team, and are you more impressed with the Saints defense or more disappointed in the Cowboys offense. Lastly, they voice their opinions on the NBA’s top 100 players list heading into the 2019-2020 season released by the ESPN.

Episode 15 is all business as Sam and Jason do deep dives into the most exciting story lines coming out of week 3 of the NFL season such as, are the Raiders playoff hopes already gone, are the 49ers and Cowboys legit, who are the best undefeated teams, and a whole lot more. Episode 14 of Nothing To Say: The Fan’s Podcast features guest #4, Sam’s Girlfriend, Jenna Miller. If you ever wanted to know what a good strong couple acts like, look no further than the two of them. But Jenna doubles not only as a girlfriend, but a student athlete as well. So while the start of the episode revolves around Jenna and her career, so far, at Sonoma State, the second half of the episode has the highly famous couple answering a few age old relationship questions, one being “What is the most annoying thing about each other?”
