This week Terry & Ash sit-down with current PhD Psychologist student Shakiba Moghadam who has worked with many elite athletes in boxing and rugby. We discuss her up-bringing in Iran and her journey to the UK and the troubles she experienced settling into UK culture and racism experienced. We discuss her journey into boxing, the importance in Psychology in boxing and sport and how this can translate to everyday life. She also shares her experience in Channel 4 show SAS: Who Dares Wins and how she cruelly missed out in going further in the show.    

Terry Singh and Ashley Fissenden discuss the fallout from Josh Taylor's win Against Jack Catterall last weekend, they discuss how they saw it and what is next for both boxers. The undercard is also discussed including Ebonie Jones draw against Eftychia Kathopouli plus the standard of heavyweight boxing in Scotland. They also look into Lawrence Okolie victory agains the tough polish Michal Cieslak.
