The direct sequel to Dying Light will be launching this week and will be available on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human takes place 20 years after the original game where the virus taking over the world was not beaten.

Now, one of humanity's last settlements, The City, is being threatened by conflict as the population is thrown into a Dark Age.

Players will be taking on the role of a wanderer who possesses exceptional abilities at the cost of graphic and cryptic memories.

As you progress through the game, you will be able to develop your skills from defeating enemies and helping allies while uncovering the secret behind your enemies.

The game offers an open world for players to explore with plenty of paths and hidden passages that can be uncovered by making use of the main character's parkour skills.

Dying Light will be launching this week on Friday, February 4 worldwide.

It will be available on most consoles and platforms so you'll be able to play it just in time for the weekend.

If you're too excited to wait to play the game you can pre-order it ahead of time, but it is important to note that you will most likely still need to download some of the game's files on the release date.

There are a variety of options for those looking to pre-order Dying Light 2.

Currently, there are three versions of the game that players can pick up:

While the Standard Edition of the game will give you the base game on its own, the Deluxe and Ultimate edition come with a few extras.

For example, the Deluxe Edition includes access to a story DLC that will be released in a few months, a steel book, exclusive weapon charms, a legendary outfit and weapon skin, a digital comic and artbook as well as a digital soundtrack.

Meanwhile, the Ultimate edition gives exclusive outfits and weapon skins as well as everything included in the Deluxe Edition.

Each version of the game can be picked up on the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Steam and the Nintendo Shop.

The legendary producer partnered with Rockstar Games to debut a whole new adventure featuring his music. Dre himself stars in The Contract, which asks players to retrieve his stolen phone containing unreleased music.

Until now, that ‘unreleased’ music could only be heard in the game by completing Dre’s request. After two months of exclusivity, those ‘unreleased’ Dr. Dre songs from the GTA V DLC are now on music streaming services.

The collection of music features six songs that includes collaborations with some of the biggest names in rap. Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, and Anderson .Paak feature on “ETA,” which features a sample of The Edwards Generation’s 1976 song “You’re The One for Me.” This song also features in the trailer for the DLC, which you can see below.

Dr. Dre continues his long-standing creative partnership with Eminem on “Gospel,” while Anderson .Paak and Rick Ross join in on “The Scenic Route.” Nipsey Hussle and Ty Dolla $ign also feature on “The Diamon Mind,” while Thurz and Cocoa Sarai guest on “Fallin Up.” Finally, Dre holds up the end of the release in “Black Privilege,” name-dropping Jay-Z, Kanye, Eazy-E, Ice Cube, Diddy, Kobe Bryant, Juice WRLD, and Floyd Mayweather.

Production for the six tracks was handled by Dr. Dre, with help from The Alchemist, Eminem, Bink!, Luis Resto, J. LBS, Dem Jointz, Mike & Keys, Phonix Beats, and 21 The Producer. The new music arrives just on time for Dr. Dre’s upcoming Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show performance, which also features some of the biggest names in entertainment.

Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige will join the legendary producer and rapper for the show. Kendrick Lamar is also rumored to be dropping new music ahead of the show, so Dr. Dre may face a little friendly competition a la Kanye and Drake last year.

Nicki Minaj has dropped off her new song “Do We Have a Problem?” featuring Lil Baby.

Nicki was evidently pretty impressed with Baby’s delivery on the track, praising the Atlanta native during a recent Instagram Live session.

“First of all, I want to just say shout out to Lil Baby,” Nicki said. “Y’all know I always keep it real about verses and all of that. Lil Baby, he might have… he might have got me!” She continued, “But listen, the point is: Lil Baby went super-duper hard—pause—and it’s so refreshing to see people still care about that type of stuff. I still care about it.”

Nicki continued, “I don’t think people didn’t know Lil Baby was nice, but I will say that he pleasantly surprises me all the time. This particular record was just another moment when you could just tell the difference when somebody knows they’re here for a long time.”

Nicki went on to say that Baby “bodied” his verse. “Shout out to him for just being dope and down-to-earth and sweet. All of that.”

In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1’s New Music Daily, Nicki said that her new album is on the way.

“So the album is coming very soon, obviously,” she said. “That’s why I started putting out music. Like I said before, from now on, every Friday, it will be called Pink Friday. I do have a lot of surprises lined up for the fans leading up to the album, but we want to definitely get the album out there quickly. I will say that. I would like to give them a taste of a little bit more music before the album comes out, but we think that it’s time.”

A former MVP, nine-time All-Star and seven-time All-NBA performer, Harden was picked last — like the kid on the playground who has never picked up a basketball before — and bypassed by Durant, his former Nets teammate.

Kanye West is releasing his first single, “City of Gods,” from his scheduled DONDA 2 album tonight (Feb. 10). The track features R&B songstress Alicia Keys and Fivio Foreign.

Ye’s reunion with Keys is his first since West produced the classic “You Don’t Know My Name” in 2003. As for Yeezy and Fivio, their collaboration, “Off The Grid,” was one of the standouts on last year’s DONDA. Continuing the chemistry between the two, West is also rumored to be executive producing the drill rapper’s debut album. To the excitement of many fans, Foreign tweeted a very bold statement about Ye.

Footage of the trio working on the set for “City of Gods” music video surfaced this week. In the clip, Keys interpolates The Chainsmokers’ song “New York City” and Fivi can be heard rapping, “N***a this my city, welcome to the City of Gods/I’m the king of New York, I’m the n***a that’s really in charge.”

On the music side of things, Yeezy has been seen in the studio with frequent collaborators Travis Scott and Big Sean as well as French Montana and A$AP Rocky. Over the weekend, West held a listening party for his new album that was attended by Drake, Offset, Baby Keem and more. Ye was also featured and in the music video for Pusha T‘s new single, “Diet Coke,” which released on Monday (Feb. 7).

The official trailer for the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show has been released.

In October last year, it was announced that Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J Blige, and Kendrick Lamar will perform together during the sporting event at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, on 13 February.

A three-minute trailer for their joint performance has now been released.

All five artists feature in the clip in individual scenes that end with each musician receiving a text on their phone.

Eminem is the first to appear followed by Snoop Dogg, who is seen in a car. This is accompanied by shots of Mary J Blige during a photo shoot, Kendrick Lamar writing lyrics on paper, and finally Dr Dre walking on a beach.

The concluding scene sees all five artists walking together towards the SoFi stadium.

The five musicians together have a combined 44 Grammy Awards. Eminem leads with 15 trophies.

Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Blige, and Lamar join a list of celebrated musicians who have played during Super Bowl halftime shows, including Beyoncé, Madonna, Coldplay, Katy Perry, U2, Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Shakira.

Last year, The Weeknd delivered an acclaimed set at at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

Juice WRLD’s team has unveiled two tracks and music videos from the late artist, “Cigarettes” and “Go Hard 2.0.”

“Cigarettes” was originally leaked in 2018 and quickly became a fan favorite. These are his first new songs since his last album, Fighting Demons was released in December. “Go Hard 2.0” is included on the new Fighting Demons (Complete Edition). Both animated visuals are directed by Steve Cannon.

On “Cigarettes,” Juice examines his various addictions and habits, likening his feelings to relying on nicotine to keep him going. He croons, “Smoke cigarettes, cancer in the chest like cardiac arrest/ I’ve been feelin’ stressed, tryna find ways to impress her/ Showin’ her that I love her, tryna show her a effort/ Gotta keep it together.” The trademark honesty from Juice made it an instant hit when it began surfacing on the internet four years ago.

Fighting Demons became Juice WRLD’s fourth album to top the Billboard charts. The album began with 119,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending December 16, according to MRC Data. Demons is the fourth consecutive leader and fifth overall chart appearance for the late rapper-singer, who died in December 2019 of an accidental overdose.

His debut effort, Goodbye & Good Riddance, peaked at No.3 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums in August 2018, a few months before his first chart-topper – the collaborative set Future and Juice WRLD Present…WRLD on Drugs, with Future – debuted at No.1 that November. His next release, 2019’s Death Race for Love, topped the charts for two weeks, while his first posthumous LP, 2020’s Legends Never Die, reigned supreme for three weeks.

In other areas, Billboard reported that Demons debuted at No.1 on the Top Rap Albums chart and at No.2 on the all-genre Billboard 200, behind Adele’s 30.

Fighting Demons continues to tell the story that Juice WRLD had started as a young musician. The documentary Juice WRLD: Into the Abyss premiered in December and offered an “intimate” look at the departed artist.

Griselda Records' Benny the Butcher has returned with a scorching new song entitled "Johnny P's Caddy", featuring J. Cole and produced by The Alchemist. With such an all-star line-up, this track still lives up to the anticipation with passionate vocal performances and sublimely crafted production. Serving as the lead single for his upcoming album Tana Talk 4, "Johnny P's Caddy" finds the Benny and Cole trading equally powerful verses,  demonstrating the importance of healthy competition in hip-hop.

The instrumental for "Johnny P's Caddy" creates a motivational mood with rich vocal samples underscored by uplifting strings. Beneath, The Alchemist brings in his characteristically gritty, sturdy percussion and pairs it with infectious bass, crafting a strong foundation for the two rappers' fiery vocals.  Both Benny and Cole deliver intense verses that are packed with dense wordplay, yet come across as effortless and smooth. Their performances reflect that they are two rappers currently at the top of their game, and it is engrossing to hear them attack this beat with such ferocity and clarity.

"Johnny P's Caddy" will appear on Tana Talk 4, which is likely to be one of the most talked about records in hip-hop this year. If this song is any indication, we have much to look forward to in the full album, which continues Benny the Butcher's storied Tana Talk album series.
