Notre Dame’s chances of making the ACC post-season tournament were dealt a blow with a loss on the road to Pittsburgh. Len Clark has more.

Notre Dame came up just short on the road, falling to Pittsburgh 73–68. A 14-3 run by the Panthers late and hitting 18 free throws on the night proved to be the difference. Roman Siulepa led the Panthers with 22 points, while Cole Certa scored 16 to pace Notre Dame, which shot only 24 percent from three. The Irish drop to 12–15 overall and will host Duke Tuesday night.
