Nottingham Forest lost 1-0 to Liverpool in Vitor Pereira's first Premier League game in charge in agonising fashion after Alexis MacAllister scored a late, late winner. Forest had seen West Ham draw with Bournemouth on Saturday as the gap to the relegation zone was trimmed to two points and having played well at the City Ground the gap remains the same. Forest will rue not taking advantage of a strong first half before fading after the break.
