Joining me today is someone I admire for his dedication, discipline and determination. He is a martial artist that currently holds a 6th degree black belt in Shotokan karate. He is a 15 year member of the USA Olympic Karate Team and was inducted into the USA Karate Hall of Fame in 2000. He is Co-owner & Senior Instructor at BUSHI Katate and Aikijujitsu in Souderton, PA. In addition he has a BS in exercise and Sports science, 12 years as a personal trainer and is a certified health coach. Please welcome Adam Older.
