Sam's top tips:
Reduce your alcohol intake, stop altogether if possible.  It wrecks the nervous system and keeps you in a constant state of fight/flight so you make short-term survival decisions instead of long-term thriving decisions.
Put your health first and rest whenever you need to.  Don't wait until you have a massive health scare.  No one will die if you have to postpone a meeting or a launch.
Focus on scalable income.  If you are stuck in 1:1 delivery, consider how you could deliver in groups or courses.  If it has to be 1:1 then increase your prices massively so you can pay other people to run other parts of your business.
