Everyone has insecurities, some are just better at dealing with them or hiding them. We worry too much about what others thinks of us, this is why we are so insecure. The question today is " how do we overcome these insecurities? How do we become OK with ourselves ? The answer to that isn't simple, but it requires one thing to start: A willingness to face what we usually don't want to face . That means a bit of courage, just in small doses , to start with.  We have a lot of obstacles that gets in our way to dealing with insecurities.  In this episode I go over some of the obstacles which : past criticisms, negative self image, needing approval, lack of trust, images on social media & the media and not accepting things about ourselves.  Those are a lot of obstacles to deal with! and that highlights why this takes courage, and why the fix is not simple.  But there is a way forward. After you listen to this episode you will learn with me how to deal with these obstacles and be more confident about yourself and your insecurities.
