We mixed it up for book club this month and decided to try out... comic book club! We read the first eleven issues of the Ms. Marvel series that introduced the world to Kamala Khan. G. Willow Wilson and Sana Amanat take on the classic teenage superhero origin story but through the lens of a Muslim American teen from Jersey City. Full spoiler discussion begins at 24:35.
