  • Philip’s story reveals the success of missions, the faithfulness of Jesus to keep His promises concerning the gospel, and the need for the church to pay attention to their missiology (or the way they are doing missions).
  • Jesus chooses Saul as a “sent out one” to the Gentiles, kings, and the people of Israel. He quickly begins preaching with power and the hunter becomes hunted.
  • Peter also does the work of missions as a missionary, and signs and wonders continue to accompany the spreading of the gospel.
