When we repent and receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior we are forgiven of all our sins and delivered from God's condemnation and eternal punishment.

As you and I hopefully know and realize, everything changed forever when we understood our sinfulness and approached God with penitent hearts asking Him to forgive us our sins based on the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ.

In light of what God did for us in Christ, we ought to desire to be separated from this world and seek to be transformed into His likeness.
