- Array RX Discount Card - This is a State supported discount that is available to all residents, and does not charge the pharmacy fees. It extends the state employee benefits price to uninsured patients. This is a discount card designed to be fair to pharmacies and support un and under insured patients. Help Patients Pay for Prescriptions and ArrayRx Card Resources. Leta Evaskus, Pharmacy Strategy and Innovation Manader for Health Care Authority will present and answer questions. Slides
