In the second half of our episode we speak with Heather Oliver who shares to to connect to spirit through an intuitive nature walk.  There are many ways in that we may deepen our Spiritual connection.  Going on a nature walk is one way.  What each person receives or perceives is what matters the most.  It invites us to listen and observe.  Prior to going on your walk, you may choose to quieten yourself, calming your mind. Do some slow breaths, to feel and listen to the air you breath passing through your nose and into your lungs and out again. This may take a few minutes or a little longer.  Take that first step, Go for a walk, wherever you may be, notice your surroundings, write down your experiences.
