"Conversation Transformation - Changing The Way You Communicate!"
Guest: Ben Benjamin & Amy Yeager
Allen is joined by Ben Benjamin and Yeager, Authors of Conversation Transformation, which gives readers a new
understanding of why any conversation succeeds or fails. And it won't stop there, presenting "how to" and
practical skills needed to transform the challenging conversations in one's own life and work. The learning
methods in the book are grounded in the latest neuropsychology research, and the skills are drawn from SAVI
(the System for Analyzing Verbal Interaction), a framework that has been used for more than 40 years to
improve communication in couples, groups, work teams, and organizations.
