Jesus didn’t come as the exception.

He came as the example.

To show us what it means to live and love and serve.

And after His resurrection, Jesus reminds His disciples that the goal wasn’t just to believe in Him.

The goal was to be like Him.

To go and do as He did.

Just as He was sent by the Father, so now we are sent by Jesus to bear His image in the world.
