So Ive been away for a very long time. part of it was due to judging myself, lack of a clear mission and an onslaught of other excuses I gave myself to avoid hitting publish. Today I'm here and even tho I never intended on leaving I do plan to stay.  In this episode I attempt to describe the types of people who may enjoy this podcast and warn those who may not.
