こんにちは！🙋‍♀️私は三浦未喜です。

私はアメリカハワイ州でナースプラクティショナー（NP）をしています。元々は日本生まれ、日本育ちで、聖路加看護大学（現・聖路加国際大学）を出た後、東京の大学病院で勤務したのちに、アメリカでNPになるために25歳の時に渡米しました。元々帰国子女でもないのですが、色々な戦略法を使ってアメリカの大学院を首席で卒業することができました。最終学位としてはハワイ大学からDoctor of Nursing Practice (DNP・看護実践博士)を取っています。

現在ではハワ

I’m a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in Hawaii, USA.

I was born and raised in Japan🇯🇵. I moved to the U.S. to become an NP when I was 25 years old after working as a registered nurse in Japan✈️

English is my second language, but I graduated from my master’s program (MSN FNP program) as a valedictorian👩‍🎓 I have a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree as my final nursing degree.

One of my mottoes is “WORK HARD, PLAY HARD” (which, by the way, is my favorite phrase I learned from American culture😄) While I see patients at three clinical practices, and run online coaching business, I surf three to four times a week🏄‍♀️ and go on a vacation every three to four months🏝️

This ideal work-life balance is possible for you….if you learn how to study/work smart!!!💪

日本では正しい言い方でもアメリカでは失礼と思われる言い方もあるので、日本語から英語へ直訳すると、意図的ではないのに患者さんに嫌な思いをさせてしまうことも😱

そういった誤解で信頼を失わないように覚えておくべき7つのコツをご紹介します☝️

自分の名前、職業、立場をはっきりいう

しっかりとした握手

しっかりと目をみる

人として気にかけている意図を伝える

５.命令形を使わない

Sit downじゃなくてhave a seat, or go ahead and have a seatもしくはyou can have a seatという

Pleaseをつけても命令形は失礼に聞こえる

6.強制的にではなく、選択肢を提示

You should do thisじゃなくてI would recommend to do thisという

治療のオプションの良し悪しを話す

例：If you would like, we can go over your birth control options

アドバイスを受け入れるかは患者次第

7.許可を得る

例：Show that to meではなくDo you mind if I take a look? Would you mind if I take a look?
