This is part two of our convo with Fernie Rivera, the planting pastor of Mid-City Church in Baton Rouge.  The topic of giving is always a touchy subject in our churches.  In a church full of millennials like MCC, there is an entirely new layer.  Fernie took a different route to teach the folks of MCC.  Instead of teaching WHY they should give, or even HOW they should give.  He took them through a journey of WHAT HAPPENS when they give...and it changed their culture.  Maybe it can change your church's culture too?
