My first episode for my podcast was about mental health and I am back with mental health part 2. In this episode, I brought a guest speaker.

I came across a video on TikTok which showed a man kicking the Quran, then I visited his profile and saw comments saying that he ripped pages off the bible and I think this is a very serious matter.

Mental health is such a huge topic and I feel like more people should speak about it. Mental health can affect a person and sometimes can also affect the people around them.
