Ian and Brendhan are just two regular guys from the Midwest who decided to turn their phone calls into a podcast. Using mindfulness as their guide, Ian and Brendhan travel across a spectrum of topics, centered around mindfulness, ranging from the outrageous, to the political, to the spiritual and everything in between.
