Wow, what an incredible reunion this has been! This episode is an extra special one as Alan Shawgo (@shawgostudios) has been a long time friend of ours for a while and even has his own podcast (To The West and Back) which you should definitely listen to as well! In this episode we catch up over discussions of where we find sacredness, making mistakes, the pros and cons of setting goals, the creative process and so much more. Sometimes Brendhan's answers to Ian's statements happen before Ian makes the statement (Brendhan is not a mind-reader haha), but it makes for quite a funny listen and we thought this was a good episode to include it in this season nonetheless! They discover together that letting go has a lot of iterations and discuss the ways letting go can be interpreted and (mis)interpreted. They also share some of their weaknesses and how letting go has helped them acknowledge those weaknesses and work through them, all in all it was an incredibly powerful conversation! PS.
