Four Energy is the most grounded energy. It requires us to stay disciplined and keep our nose to the grindstone. Slow and Steady wins the race. All the loose ends from the creative year 3 will be systematically put in place or let go off.  Our special guest Life Coach Jennifer Hooper and I are both in the 4 Personal year. During our discussion you will hear how work was priority, everything moved at a snails pace, but we both can admit that our life and business's  are in a more orderly fashion than it was at the beginning of 2019. 

Three Energy wants  you to express yourself creatively by speaking, writing, theater, painting. It enjoys socializing and meeting up with friends old and new. The inner child needs to be released for a fun loving year.  So why does this energy cause so much upset? 2 Personal Year energy is completely different than the 1 Personal Year.
