Tracy is a Certified Therapist in private practice. She specialises in Teenagers and Relationships. She is someone that sparks growth and change in people’s relationships with themselves and others in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Tracy grew up in a medically professional family that presented challenges in her childhood. She has always felt drawn to helping and healing people, which gave her purpose. After qualifying as a Nurse and Midwife and gaining years of experience in her field, she realised that she wanted to make a difference in the lives of people facing more profound challenges. She was drawn to helping individuals at a specialised level and qualified as an NLP Practitioner, a Hypnotherapist and Timeline Therapist. Her strengths and passions are assisting people in nurturing healthy and happy relationships with themselves and others.
