In the early 70s, Carol had a roommate that was told she had no more options to treat her cancer. The roommate found a chiropractor who did healing with iridology and detoxifying diets. Carol saw her roomie recover and was inspired to study naturopathic medicine and integrative health.

Dr. Carol specializes in complex and chronic disease management. In this episode, the conversation centers on patients with breast cancer and how she helps patients cope with chemotherapy infusions and after care.

Cortney Goodstadt spent over 20 years as a doctor in physical therapy. When she started having health issues of her own, she followed the traditional medicine route of running to specialist and specialist to treat her symptoms. Unable to get results and frustrated by not have a medical professional being able to take a holistic view of her condition, she started a different path and almost immediately saw results for herself and then her clients.

Diet Rehab is a concept developed by Ramona Lehadus, a Nutritionist and Metabolic Disorder Specialist. Bailey Vitek is a Natural Health Practitioner and an aromatherapist. Her inspiration came from a struggle of not finding a solution to solve her pain issues when she wanted to play sports in high school. After seeing doctors and specialists, Bailey finally got in to see a naturopath.
