In the fever dreams of progressives, it is no longer enough to assassinate President Donald Trump’s character by branding him a “racist,” “fascist” or “traitor.” Nor is it enough to remove Trump from the White House by impeachment or even violence, which would merely make Vice President Mike Pence the president.

Loony leftists such as Bill Clinton’s former Labor Secretary Robert Reich now demand nothing less than “annulling” Trump’s election as invalid.

Everything Mr. Trump has accomplished as president must be nullified and erased, demands Reich, and the Orwellian air-brushing of the very name and face of Donald Trump must erase him from history and turn him into a “non-person,” as if he had never existed.

Last October, radical Harvard Law Professor Lawrence Lessig argued that if Trump conspired with Russia to gain the presidency, both he and Pence should resign or be impeached, thereby making Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, next in the order of succession, the president.

President Ryan, wrote Lessig, ought to nominate “the person defeated by the treason of his own party, and then step aside” and let Hillary Clinton be declared president by acclamation.

Lessig and Reich both admit there is no constitutional “mechanism for correcting the criminal results of the previous election,” but progressives see no reason to let mere law or democracy stand in their way of seizing the power that is theirs by right because they are an elite superior to the 60+ million Trump voters who rejected them.

Reich believes the Supreme Court could simply grab the astonishing power to declare a president invalid, much as early in our tepublic the Supreme Court stole for itself the unconstitutional power to declare duly-enacted laws its members ideologically disliked to be “unconstitutional” and hence invalid.

Speaker Paul Ryan is not seeking reelection, and Democrats stand a serious chance of winning a majority in the House of Representatives and restoring Rep. Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. Lessig’s scenario could soon thus make Nancy Pelosi the president of the United States.

RE: DISINFORMATION ON KOREAN AIR LINES FLIGHT 007 IN PRINT

I am reminded of a political scientist in Scotland who, very shortly after KAL Flight 007, had claimed that the Boeing 747 was on a spy mission. Later, Oliver Edmund Clubb, Jr, PhD wrote a book titled KAL FLIGHT 007: The Hidden Story, published in 1985, had also reached the same conclusion. He was unaware that all 269 crew and passengers had survived the shooting only to be captured by the KBG and placed in the Gulag. Later, he believed strongly in Climate Change.

Dr. Clubb was an old China Hand after World War II, but his information about KAL Flight 007 was rather limited even though he was a professor at Syracuse University.
