I found this book very interesting because of its title Nutrition but weight loss diet plan. This is the book that I was looking for. I'm on my diet scheme but I wanted to be healthy in the same time. The information from this book were very important to get the healthy but fit body. In this book , you will learn the best way to get nutrition and maintain your weight.
At first, I can't believe that you can be healthy while loosing weight but this book proves me that it is not impossible. This will be a great guide to everyone. Thumbs up for Tino Mario for a great book like this. I can't wait to read more books from Tino Mario.

A lot of weight loss tips.
This book describes many factors involved in weight loss, from getting your metabolism in good shape, to control food cravings.
There is a lot of good information here.
I would recommend this book to someone who doesn't know where to start with weight loss, the quick descriptions of the factors involved in burning fat and keeping it off you will find in this book are going to provide great aid.
Lots of great information
This book was awesome; I have a brother with a high metabolism and he never gains weight. After reading this book i learned what foods i can eat to speed up mine as well. There were also lots of great tips on dealing with stress eating which i plan to try.
