Main Session on Thursday, 3/3/16, at 4:00 PM

The session will provide any youth worker with helpful language, theological foundation, and a practical application for helping students grow in their understanding of and appreciation for the Gospel. The interactive will also challenge leaders to examine their own heart motivations and grasp of the Gospel in life and in ministry.

One is too small of a number for greatness. Why don't we have more volunteers on our teams? What can we do to build our volunteer team? How volunteers and staff can help their lead.

In today's world, youth culture is changing FAST. In this session you will gain insights for staying aware of the ever developing world of adolescents as you ministry to and amongst them.

Every student that enters the room is a gift entrusted to us as leaders. It's our opportunity to receive them well. How do we do this well and why is it important? What are the keys to receiving them?

How to help your students capture the vision of worship.

I believe when you let God re-calibrate your dreams, ministry will be better than you ever dreamed.

Our main theme: partnering with families in youth ministry is both imperative and possible. Both leading ideas, helpful resources, and practical tools will be discussed.
