  • Episode 54: The Angels Take Connectivity
-Episode 54 of Connectivity is here, and its loaded with content. So, let's get started. Opening the show, Josh sits down with Alex and Andy, who have been playing the review copies of Pokémon Black and White 2. Alex, a Poké-pro, and Andy, a novice to the series, share their unique takes on the two games, from how accessible they are to newcomers, to how they rank compared to the series as a whole. After that, Neal, Scott, and Patrick breakdown the, pardon my French, buttload of 3DS news that came out this week, including newly announced games like Crashmo and the resurgence of the Virtual Console (at least on the 3DS). After that, they talk about the games they've been playing this week, including Resident Evil 6, Mists of Pandaria, and Hell Yeah. After the outro, stick around for a special bonus segment all about the midseason finale of Doctor Who. WARNING: there are literally spoilers in the first, like, 10 seconds of this segment. So if you haven't watched "The Angels Take Manhattan" yet, you might want to do that. Otherwise, enjoy Scott, Patrick, and David as they talk about the episode and ponder the future of Doctor Who. As always, you can send us listener mail at [email protected]. You should do it!

Neal, Patrick, Zach, and Tyler tell you why the game outshines the rest of the competition and easily landed at the top of our list. Thus ends our feature and podcast series. Thanks to everyone who has read, listened, and commented. It's been a wild couple of weeks.

  • Best of the Wii: House of the Dead: Overkill
It shocked us, too, but House of the Dead: Overkill is the Nintendo World Report staff's #1 third-party Wii game. Join Neal and Zach (with an intro from Josh) as they wax poetic about the one-time cuss-words-in-a-video-game record holder and one hell of a light gun experience. We touch on the messed-up plot, the non-stop humor, and we curse a whole lot. Note: This game is totally rated M for Mature, and the songs we use in this segment and the content discussed ain't exactly for children.

  • Best of the Wii: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
We all knew this one was gonna show up somewhere.Skyward Sword makes its mark at no. 2 on our list of Top 10 first-party Wii games. Neal, Carmine, and Josh recount their time with Link's latest adventure, all while forgetting what items are called and mispronouncing the names of key characters. Hey, it's been a while, lay off!

  • Episode 53: Did You Hear Neal Went to Florida?
-Connectivity is back this week with a fresh tan and an impending doctor visit for this weird, itchy rash... First up, Neal sits down with Scott to discuss his recent trip to Florida where he, among other things, had a chance to play Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion. Learn about the different Disney franchises that are represented, how the game plays, and how many frequent flyer miles Neal earned on the trip. Then Neal closes with his top 5 Disney World rides in order of which made him cry the least. After that, our "That Nintendo Year" segment returns, focusing this week on 2001, the year that both the Game Boy and GameCube launched. How did Nintendo retire the N64 and Game Boy Color in the final months before the new hardware arrived, and how was the launch software for the GBA and GC? We tell all! As always, you can click here to send us listener mail. What are your thoughts about Nintendo and 2001? Was it a good year for both old and new hardware? Let us know!

  • Best of the Wii: Boom Blox Bash Party
Boom Blox Bash Party is tailor made for the Wii. It isn't a down-port, and it wasn't put together by some ragtag B-team. It's a shining example of what the system was capable of in loving hands. Listen to Tyler Ohlew and JP Corbran explain just how great Boom Blox Bash Party is, all while not understanding just what Steven Spielberg had to do with it.
