Nya Burns joins the podcast (for the second time) to talk about her recruiting experience and why she chose to sign with UAB. She also talks about a topic that many athletes often overlook, which is the importance of mental health in sports. Nya is currently a senior at Grace Christian Academy in Knoxville.
