The Nyack Red Hawks finished up their season with a 28-8 loss to Lakeland over the weekend. After starting 0-6, the team rattled off two wins. Coach Jones talks about how proud he was of the way his young players to battle through adversity, and looks forward to next season. 

After staring 0-6, the Nyack Red Hawks now rattle off two straight wins with a win over Walter Panas on Saturday. They will have one more game to go against Lakeland next week for their final game of the season and an opportunity to cap off the season with a three-game win streak. 

After an 0-6 start, the Nyack Red Hawks came together over the weekend to get their first win of the season in a 32-21 win over Tappan Zee. Head Coach Jerell Jones talks about the confidence the team is putting together as the weeks go by with a young team. They will have another good chance for a win next week against Walter Panas. 

Nyack dropped their sixth game of the season on Friday as they lost to neighborhood foe Rye who advances to 7-0 with a 37-6 win. The Garnets used impressive running over Nyack as the Nighthawks will get their final opportunity to pick up a win in the regular season when they take on Tappan Zee who will also come into the contest 0-6. 

The Night Hawks keep getting closer and closer to a victory and this time it went down to the final minute where Clarkstown North took down Nyack by a score of 13-6. Head Coach Jerell Jones talks about his team's fight down the stretch and his team's work in practice this week to try and capture their first win against rival Sleep Hollow this weekend. 

The Nyack Red Hawks fell to 0-3 with a 28-14 loss to Harrison, but it was their closest contest of the season. Coach Jones talks about things he liked from the game with the importance of fixing minor mistakes in practice this week to finish out a win. 

The Nyack Red Hawks fell to 0-2 on Friday night with a 35-8 lost to Pelham Memorial. With just three varsity returners back from last spring, Head Coach Jerell Jones talks about his team's improvement on both sides of the ball while his younger layers get used to the speed of varsity. 

Nyack returned to action this weekend when they started off with a tough league game against Eastchester; falling by a score of 35-16. Despite enjoying the return of crowds and everything else you enjoy on Friday nights, the Red Hawks saw key players go down with injury. However, Nyack coach Jerell Jones is hopeful his team can get acclimated to the fast tempo of the rest of Section 1 this year. He talks about how his team can improve from week 1.
