Aaron lives in Christchurch and has owned his imported Model S P85+ for four months after wanting something a little bit beyond the normal. He's got a few extra tweaks planned for the inside.

Ryan McCaffrey hosts one of the most influential Tesla podcasts in the world - Ride The Lightning: Tesla Motors Unofficial Podcast. Alex met up with him in San Francisco and asks him about the differences that exist between Tesla owners in USA and New Zealand.

Scottie Young is a church pastor based in North Canterbury. He owns a Tesla Model S 75D and is about to upgrade to a P100D. Scottie is quite a tinkerer and has already created his own home battery storage system. He's now on a mission to establish a register of the rarer Teslas in New Zealand.

In this special election-season episode, Alex meets Rob Birnie to discuss implications for the Clean Car Discount and Clean Car Standard - a half-hour discussion portraying several scenarios and outcomes. We ask the questions; can fuel pricing achieve the same results? Does a 'clean car fee' unfairly penalise some buyers? And what about emission categories other than transport?

Jason is a Network Engineer at Orion Networks in Christchurch. His EV journey began with a conversion of a motorbike (everyone else was doing cars!) and he always had the dream to own a Model S. That opportunity came in the form of a Japanese import and Jason is extremely happy with the decision and the support he has had from the Christchurch Tesla Service Centre.
