O goes on a bit of a rant regarding how we can make the world a better place.  It seems now more than ever, and ever since the dawn of time, people are not happy with the state of affairs in the world. O lays out the the very few things that we each can do to improve the world and they are pretty stinking simple. And they all involve just working on ourselves, which is the one absolute we can control.
