For this new season I will be highlighting key topics around friendship.

This is part of my 'Lets talk Friendship' season, and it is just to let people know that it is okay to walk away from toxic friends regardless of how long you have known that friend.

This is an interview with Micheala Cox - this interview is in two sections as it starts with getting to know more about Micheala and then the other half focused on Micheala book, and her inspiration in general. This is a follow up on my interview on 'Have you had your COVID vaccine?', to encourage everyone to respect each other's decisions when it comes to taking the vaccine.

Aga is part of the shielding group in the UK (This is a group made up of individual with existing medical condition and as a result have stricter rules to follow). She joins us to discuss her fears about the vaccine and admits that she will be taking the vaccine even though her reasons for taking the vaccine is driven from external factors. However, Aga still stand strongly with her reason for not wanting to take the vaccines initially.

This episode is  to help anyone who is struggling with procrastination and I hope someone finds it useful and encouraging to make progress.
