The most gracious greeting that can be imagined was given to those who had deserted Him by our Lord.He bid them peace and then showed them His wounds. Peace comes from the perfect work of Christ.

The person referred to in Psalm 16 was forever clarified by Peter in his sermon in Acts 2 and also by Paul in Acts 13. The promise contained served as a further proof of the fact of the bodily resurrection of Christ. God would not allow His Holy One to see corruption.

The presence and work of the Holy Spirit in the observance of the Lord's Supper

Whenever we consider the Lord's Supper, we must consider it in three dimensions, the Past, the Present and the Future

This is the first part of a three part series on the Lord's Supper. In this message we look at the giving of thanks followed by the titles ascribed to the observance throughout the New Testament. In this we will see it is much more than a mere memorial. we have been called to preach the gospel to all nations, all creatures. God has established His ordinary use of means for the conversion of a soul. God sends, He provides the message, and then He gives the gift of hearing that message.

In these verses we find a strong statement of the deity of Christ. This same Lord is abounding in riches to all who call upon Him, showing that His endless, inexhaustible supply of riches, are for all who call upon Him in faith-regardless of ethnic derivation.

To confess with your mouth is much more than a one time act. What does it mean to confess Jesus as the Lord- How often, and when is it done-

Jesus Christ did the impossible, He did what we could never do and He did it for His people.
