A conversation with California's Attorney General Rob Bonta, who was in Oakland for a bigger conversation with community leaders, about the staggering rise of hate crimes across California.  Oakland is feeling it particularly hard, especially since the start of the COVID pandemic and the increase in violence against Asians and members of the AAPI community.
