2nd Timothy: Raising a Bold Generation... Excell! What does it take for us to stand out in our culture? One aspect for doing so has to do with how we handle conflict. Do we strike up arguments with our pride taking the lead? Or, do we approach things with a calm, open mind and an open ear to listen? Also to be addressed... Would it be any different if we all had super powers?

2nd Timothy: Raising a Bold Generation... Suffer! Jesus suffered greatly in his last days, and through that suffering, redeemed humanity and restored our relationship with God. It said in scripture, that we, too, are to suffer for our God, in order to bring others to Christ. What does this mean for us, especially here in the United States, where it has become too easy to be a Christian.

2nd Timothy: Raising a Bold Generation... Invest! How does a Christ follower invest in others? It's an exponential growth! Just by sharing with a few, those few share with a few, and the numbers multiply like wildfire. We also find out what Michael may really be fishing for when he swims off the coast of the beach.

2nd Timothy: Raising a Bold Generation... Stoke! What does it mean to raise up others in the faith? What role models do we have to look to to see how this is done, and done well? We can observe the biblical example of Timothy and Paul. We see the example of fanning the flame and passing the torch. But, what enthusiasm do we see in this. What did Timothy witness that could have had such a huge effect on his future as a Christ follower?

Parables: God's Kingdom Made Simple... The King is Coming. What you do with little, determines how you will be trusted with much. Is this saying really true? Samuel looks at this parable, and even gives us a historical reference, about what this means and how it applies to our lives, and our missional lifestyle.

Parables: God's Kingdom Made Simple... Unashamed to Ask. How does God respond to our prayers? How should we approach Him in prayer? Jesus gave us a series of parables to illustrate our posture and God's response. Michael also tells an enthralling story of how he almost lost a cherished position in Cirque du Soleil!

Parables: God's Kingdom Made Simple... The Shrewd Manager. In our limited scope of influence, we are given things, people, time, money and power to manage. This is Stewardship. The question is, what are we doing with it? How are we affecting the lives of others through this stewardship? It's easy to fall into a hedonistic approach on life. But, the effect we can have on others' lives when we are good stewards with what we are given can be immeasurable.

Parables: God's Kingdom Made Simple... Eating God's Way. What is a party in heaven like? Who will be there and who won't? It's not who you think, and it certainly not what the pharisees in Jesus' time thought it would be. And, Samuel will teach us what a Meatatarian is.

Parables: God's Kingdom Made Simple... Lost and Found. We look at the parables of things lost and found. We gain insight on how God seeks and saves the lost, spoken from the mouth of the Savior himself. We are then given another parable with a seemingly similar message, which takes a stab at the pharisees in the process. We also hear what happens when a dog is so excited it can't breathe. Don't worry, it survives.

Parables: God's Kingdom Made Simple... Its All Good. We look at the parables of sowing seeds and the Mustard Seed. We are introduced to what a Mustard seed is and the wild shrub it becomes. The power of this image breathes new life into the parable, and what it means to be in the Kingdom of God. It's Wild!
