Todd Ward is the president and founder of bSci21Media, LLC, Founder of Divergent Startups, and previous guest associate editor of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). His extensive experiences span across working with individuals with autism, using Relational Frame Theory to teach trigonometry, team problem solving, helping others start their own businesses, and using OBM to support employee experience. He talks wit us today about his experiences and his advice for those behavior analysts who want to work in fields beyond autism and other developmental disabilities. 

Tim Ludwig is the author of Dysfunctional Practices that Kill your Safety Culture (and what to do about them). He has over 30 years of research and practice experience in behavior approaches to safety. He founded and directed the Appalachian Safety Summit and currently teaches at Appalachian State University.
