* Marriage is worth protecting.
* Some believers are called to stay in difficult marriages.
* Victims of opression must be protected.
* The church has made mistakes goining to one extreme or another.
* Err on the side of safety for the abused.

* Changed Heart that Produces Fruit (Psalm 51:4b, 2 Sam 24:13-14)
* Patiently Accepts Consequences (Psalm 51:3, 2 Sam 24:10)
* Fully Accepts Responsibility (Psalm 51:3, 2 Sam 24:10)
