Happy new Year!

We kick off 2023 with the unbelievable story of Carl Tanzler, a German radiologist who fell madly in love with a woman named Elena "Helen" Milagro de Hoyos. She rejected his affection, but Carl convinced her he could cure her of her tuberculosis. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to save her, and his obsession led him to do some very strange and disturbing things to keep her close even after death.

After the break, we read a listener write-in and then O'Dell gives updates on the Delphi SnapChat murders and the retrial of Steve Pankey before closing out with a couple of palette cleansers.
