Matt Lessall is the former President of the Casting Society of America, he has been a Casting Executive and loves his current position as an independent Casting Director with a focus on indie films. 

He knows SO MUCH about actors succeeding, and patiently went above and beyond in this interview to have an in depth dialogue about what he has learned. 

He is nominated for a 2019 Artios Award for the short film THE LOST.
I can't wait to watch it!
