    Quotes
“I find that the best working relationships, whether it’s with a team member or a client—any professional relationship—the best ones are where we’re open and willing and honest and vulnerable.” (7:55) - Wendy O’Donovan Phillips

“I think one of the most helpful things to me throughout [implementing EOS is] I now see so much more clearly what terrific ideas there are on the team that aren’t my ideas.” (19:31) - Wendy O’Donovan Phillips

“What I have learned is that the more infrastructure, the more of the right people, the more revenue and profit that we gain, the more fun it is, the more financially free we all are, and the more opportunity there is for everyone. And so my vision for this is to create a ripple effect.” (39:24) - Wendy O’Donovan Phillips

You can hear about the changes by listening to OC Talk Radio Public Affairs Director Dawn Kamber’s interview with the Director of OC Waste & Recycling Tom Koutroulis. • #233 Charlie: Everyone Has a Next Chapter
Show Notes  Just recently we did a show with Terry Hershey on Creating Inner Space for Change. The idea was that in order for meaningful life change to occur, you must first “declutter” your mind and your activities. I believe it is show #231, so listeners might want to check that one out because today I plan to talk more about what “Life Change” might look like. What does it mean to live with meaning, adventure, and awe? Although, it’s the theme of our web presence and yet I am not sure I have ever addressed the subject on a podcast. Well, today is the day. As an Executive Life Coach, I work with highly successful individuals who are planning for greater meaning in their life either through their career or by means of a meaningful retirement. So, I “live” these ideas. And as a lover of a life of meaning, adventure, and awe my inner core drives me to pursue the process of greater and greater alignment with my core self. In our time today I plan to talk around three issues: the Drivers, Restraints, and Processes for to Life Change. In other words… how can we enter our Next Chapter because, like it or not, every day is a new chapter and it is up to you to determine the content of that chapter. You “get to” determine the content of your life. • The Road LessTraveled
For many years, Kat Woirol had a great job with General Electric in Human Relations. "It was a great ride," she admits. "But after 25 years I was definitely looking for a different path to follow"  All she knew was that in her next act, she wanted to work for herself.  And was determined to quit commuting thru Atlanta's notorious traffic jams.
She dreamed of riding a bike to work.  So why not own an electric bike shop, in Atlanta itself? And that's what led her to Pedego. "We found a spot inside the beltline," she smiles. "In the heart of the city".  Right next to one of the many "rails to trails" projects that are moving people off the highways and onto the forgotten byways.  Allowing her to slow down a bit and build a business that spoke to her heart. While still allowing her the freedom to ride home and be there when her 8 year old kid's school bus arrives.  Becoming a trailblazer (and an eBike entrepreneur) along the way. With everything she ever dreamed of (and more).  All of which she gleefully shares on this week's PEDEGO PODCAST.
