OCD is probably one of the most misunderstood anxiety issues and because of that, it can feel very difficult to face. However, like any other issue: once you understand it, it becomes a little clearer and that bit easier to see a way through. That's my intention in this episode: to share an overview of what it is, how it works, what might bring it about and what we can do about it.
