There have been long delays for motorists all today in Sligo as a result of diversions in place as part of the ongoing roadworks on Hughes Bridge and at the Rosses Point junction. Diversions for traffic coming into the Town from the Donegal direction around by Rathbraughan caused long tailbacks, while one woman says the situation has been hampering emergency services accessing the Hospital
