We are creatures of habit and typically run to things that are familiar to

us. We shop at the same stores, order the same food, listen to the same

playlists, and stick to things that we deem safe, comfortable, and

familiar. This can even sneak into our spiritual lives. We see this in the

attitude of the Israelites in 2 Chronicles 33. God calls us to more than

this and asks us to leave the safety of the familiar and walk

wholeheartedly with Him by faith into the unknown as He leads. Let’s leave

the familiar and grow in Him.
